Picked up the plans from the architects this evening. "Only" two weeks of delay there. Of course, that means we won't have quotes until next week at the earliest and we still need time to review proposals, get back to contractors with questions, and finally decide with whom we are going to contract. Not to mention finishing up the loan process, getting permits, etc. No way demolition will start July 1st as we had hoped.
Obviously, we knew there was going to be unexpected delays but it's still disappointing.
